Barry Moss did a great job of selling our home in Sykesville. From the very beginning when we first decided to list our house to the final closing he assisted every step of the way and took care of every detail.
Our house was marketed well to get exposure to potential buyers, he controlled all the showings of our home and personally followed up with all potential buyers or real estate agents to get feedback on the showings. Barry was also extremely knowledgeable about the area and how our home compared to others in the local Sykesville / Eldersburg area.
When we accepted an offer he continued to be involved by assisting in any way possible to help move the process along including being on site for the home inspection and when the final closing papers were signed.
